Event Management

The role of the Event Manager is to ensure the smooth running and successful management of the Summit. The Event Manager is directly involved with the management and coordination of sponsors, delegates, event budget, venue, suppliers, onsite staff, database and scheduling website. Key areas of this function are pre-event, onsite and post event coordination.

Sales Positions

The role of sales executives is to identify new clients and work with established clients creating an interest in the products and services the company has to offer.

Finance

IFMR business through which all other areas within the organisation interact. Our skilled finance team provide a high quality internal service behind the front line which enables the other functions to operate smoothly and efficiently in bringing our products and services to the client.

The environment in which you would operate is extremely dynamic and you would be given exposure to the Group's product and service portfolio. Appropriate accounting skills are a pre-requisite with training to the relevant level also provided.

Opportunities to progress into other areas within our global finance infrastructure are commonplace for the successful candidate who is able to prove their worth.

Marketing

The marketing department in IFMR has diverse roles available from database researchers, to marketing managers, to designers, web design and branding specialists. All roles are specialised roles and internal organic growth is key to the success of the department in the company.

Production

A producer is responsible for project managing an event from idea conception through research, development and evaluation, to the actual delivery of the completed product / programme to the sales teams. As a producer one of the key roles is through market analysis and research to develop products which will generate income through sales and ensure future growth of the company.

Information Techonolgy

As in most organisations Information technology is core to the IFMR business, not only is it responsible for the day to day running of the organisation but also provides core applications that are at the heart of many of our products. We believe in utilising cutting edge technologies to gain competitive advantage in conjunction with reduction of cost of ownership.
